LoopForm Producer Terms and Conditions

1. Originality of Content

All beats must be 100% original. If a beat contains pre-existing samples, the Producer must possess an exclusive commercial license allowing for its sale and distribution. LoopForm does not verify sample clearance—legal responsibility rests solely with the Producer.

2. Exclusive Distribution

Beats submitted to LoopForm must be exclusively distributed through LoopForm. You may not upload or distribute the same beat through any other platform. Violating this exclusivity will result in a $10 penalty per track.

3. Flexible Pricing

Producers may sell their beats at flexible rates of their own choosing on the LoopForm platform.

4. Prohibition of AI-Generated Content

AI-generated cover songs or melodies are strictly prohibited. Any submission identified as such will be removed, and repeat violations may result in account suspension.

5. Copyright Responsibility

Producers are fully responsible for any copyright issues arising from their content. LoopForm holds no liability for third-party copyright claims.

• The Producer must pay a $10 penalty within 7 days of notice for each copyright claim.
• Non-payment may lead to account suspension and/or removal of content.

6. Distribution

LoopForm will distribute all beats to Spotify and other major streaming platforms. All tracks will be submitted with Content ID for copyright monitoring and protection.

7. Additional Royalties & Bonuses

LoopForm provides a bonus royalty pool for producers based on the usage of their beats by artists. These bonuses do not affect the artist’s royalties.

8. Artist Distribution Requirement

Artists who use beats from LoopForm must distribute their content exclusively through Aatistic, a distribution partner of LoopForm.

9. Fees and Deductions

From the total selling cost of each beat, LoopForm will deduct:

• 18% GST (Goods and Services Tax)
• 20% platform service fee

The remaining balance after these deductions is considered the Producer’s net revenue, from which 80% will be paid to the Producer. Payment will be processed via Bank Transfer on withdrawal basis, with minimum threshold of $10/INR1000 and waiting period of 30 days after onboarding

10. Royalties & Payments

Producers will receive 80% of net revenue after applicable deductions (GST + platform fee). Payouts are processed via Bank transfer on a quaterly basis.

11. Penalties and Enforcement

LoopForm reserves the right to:

• Remove non-compliant or infringing content
• Suspend or terminate accounts for unpaid penalties or repeated violations

12. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of LoopForm implies acceptance of the latest version.
